3 days to 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return but we need the picture of chair and we will send you return label. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and issues

Our chairs are shipped in America & Australia at our Distribution Centre and shipped with the best care to America & Australia. Most of the orders are delivered in 3 to 10 working days with our logistics partner UPS/USPS.
Your order is processed in 2 steps; first the processing time and second the shipping time.
This step is all about order verification, customization, quality control and packaging. All this is done with the greatest care. Your order will be processed by our manufacturer within 48 hours after placing the order.
The next step is the shipping. All orders are shipped by our logistics partner UPS.
After your order leaves our Distribution Centre is usually takes between 3 and 10 working days to arrive at your doorstep. We will send you a Track & Trace code when your order is shipped.
