24 hours return - No questions asked, full refund and return label. 

24 hours to 3 Days return - Just send the picture of the chair and we will give you the return label. 

3 days to 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return but we need the picture of chair and we will send you return label. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@toppachairs.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Delivery time

Pre orders will be sent out in the selected time frame.

Our chairs are shipped in America & Australia at our Distribution Centre and shipped with the best care to America & Australia. Most of the orders are delivered in 3 to 10 working days with our logistics partner UPS/USPS.

Your order is processed in 2 steps; first the processing time and second the shipping time.

Processing time

This step is all about order verification, customization, quality control and packaging. All this is done with the greatest care. Your order will be processed by our manufacturer within 48 hours after placing the order.

Shipping time

The next step is the shipping. All orders are shipped by our logistics partner UPS.

After your order leaves our Distribution Centre is usually takes between 3 and 10 working days to arrive at your doorstep. We will send you a Track & Trace code when your order is shipped.
